FORM3D - Research in 3D printing technologies for the manufacture of thermoforming molds

The project seeks to obtain molds with novel designs based on additive manufacturing that change the concept of use of refrigeration systems. Thanks to this project, the aim is to reduce the manufacturing times of production molds for thermoforming and the cost associated with manufacturing the mold. Thermal designs will also be obtained that will allow optimization of process times, and an improvement of the materials for additive manufacturing, the knowledge of their properties and the range of use of these will be achieved, in colaboration with ALAI, UPNA and AIN.

Because our goal is to optimize and improve our capabilities and those of our clients
