APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

To resolve any disputes or issues related to this website or the activities developed by the same these will be subject to Spanish legislation to which the parties expressly submit themselves. The mere use of the services of the website in question presupposes the express acceptance of the jurisdiction of Spain.

Also, and with the provision of that expressed in the prior paragraph, the intervening parties agree that any dispute, discrepancy, question or complaint that results from the execution or interpretation of the present conditions or any related to them or any other texts which may exist on the website, will be resolved by submitting them to the Courts and Tribunals of Navarre, completely waiving any other jurisdiction which may by competent.

The prior paragraph will not be applicable in the case where the parties are a consumer or user in accordance with the User and Consumer protection regulation (Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November which approves the rewritten text of the General Law in Defense of Consumers and Users and other complimentary laws), in which case, (and for a related conflict and protected by the Law). In that case the designated location of said legislation would be applied.
